If you want to try recreating it in-game here’s the basic options I selected (I started with the default female, removing all blemishes and makeup etc) – Unfortunately there’s no way I know of applying this to an existing character. She’s not a 100% likeness by any means, but this is as close as I could get with a couple of hours of playing around.
